MY wife's 98 'tour Zetec 4 cyl battery light shines while under high RPM. Also the headlights
dim until she shifts into the next gear (automatic tranny). Then they go back to normal brightness. What is the
procedure for tightening the serpentine belt tensioner. It seems tight, but I don't know.
The dealer replaced it for me last year, I didn't want to do it. What else could it be?
I'm afraid to let her drive it at night.
