It might just be becuase it's so cold (that seems to be my excuse for all of my problems), but if I let it sit for a couple of so days, then go to move it, the car feels like my tires are frozen to my driveway. It feels like I am trying to move to car with the e-brake on. After i give it a little gas, it rolls free, and then is fine as long as I don't let it sit unmoved for a few days. Ever heard of this? confused

no big deal. The problem is the brake surfaces (rotors/drums) oxidize or rust over slightly. The rust makes a rough surface that grabs the pads/shoes and casues the dragging feeling.

It goes away becasue after you drive a few miles all the rust gets rubbed away and leaves a smooth surface

Not much you can do about it, but its totally normal.

In winter, if you can park on a level surface, then just leave the car in gear.

I do NOT use the E-Brake as a parking brake in the winter because I've had 'em freeze up in the applied position.

Just because I do that, doesn't mean it's right. It just means, "That's what I do!"
