As ScottK97SEMTX suggested in the Mirko thread, why don't we get a dyno day together for our SD group. Does anyone know of a reliable and decently priced dyno shop? Preferably one that at least offers a/f if we want.

Yeah, I've heard good things about them too. They're the ones off of Prospect near Cuyumaca, right? They offer a/f too, I just think they're kinda expensive. I would rather pay more to get it done right than have some cheap place f*** it up, though. How 'bout the rest of you all?

Dyno,,JBA does dyno's and they do a/f if needed. $80 is the price, but we might be able to get a group discount as long as we are a group.JBA is off of Convoy in Kearny Mesa. 1-858-495-3395 is the number if anyone wants to call and check or i can if you guys want me too. Let me know.
Tuesday I went with my roommate to a club meeting for a bunch of Euro-auto's. I was impressed with their turn out and they arent even a club, just a bunch of guys with germany cars(VW, Audi's, BMW,,,etc). They say they meet every tuesday and that night they said it was a small turnout. There were almost 25 cars there. We have had a max of what ?? 5,,can we not do better than this?? Can we come together and meet like this? We all said a Socal club would be the shyt,,what happened or is happening?

Hey, I'm always up for a meet. It just seems that no one can decide what to do or where. I think we should just start meeting on a regular schedule like every second tuesday or something. At least that way its kinda organized and we can plan on being there. Mental- why don't you call JBA and see what they'll do for us. P.S. I saw a silver CSVT driving in the opposite direction on Main St. in Ramona of all places. I think there must be at least 5-10 CSVT's in S.D. and hundreds of other tour's. It's not like we're hurting for enthusiasts around here, i think we just need to get a little organized and maybe spread the word.

jeeze.... I really hate being stuck right in the middle.... most of the cali meets seem to be in san Fran or San diego.... what ever happened to the long beach people? that was a little closer.... There are like two or three CEGers in the ventura area, why don't we ever do something.....

The drags in Carlsbad are a bit closer to you There is also a dyno place in Escondido (dynojet and AF monitor I'm pretty sure) that the RX-7 club does there dynos at. Again like 80-100. I think group rates are quite a bit cheaper.

Carlsbad, is closed from what i have heard for financial reasons and no plan or time in the near future to re-open. Thats just what i heard. I will call JBA tomorrow and let you guys know whats up. They are doing a custom burn for my chip cause it wasnt doing everything it was supposed to.
DUB,,you want us to come up there,,im more than willing to drive. I think S.D. Mystique and I are the only one's that live in San Diego actually. Path is in Ramona i believe and Eric is in the Rancho,,but i have no beef with driving up.

Always down for a meet with you guys. Just let me know what up, I like the idea of a scheduled meeting, maybe once or twice a month, just to get things rollin, it could only help. I even think meetin with the peeps from the Northern SoCAL would be cool,. Kinda far away But Extreme Autofest is comin up in July in Pamona and back to San Diego in Oct, they would be cool to attend. I'll Call around on the Dyno Prices, if its a definate for everybody, I know theres a few shops in town. Good to here from You all , Lates
