Wow, I wonder what causes that? Get any liquids in the coil pack? I assume you used dielectric grease on there when installing those wires.

That's corrosion. You must've got the terminal wet. Always use dielectric grease on electrical connectors to prevent chit like that from happening.

Correction, Ford dealer must have gotten it wet. They've had my car apart so many times in the last year, I believe it was them. They suck! ok, I feel better now.
