Anyone interested in Dyno sessions.. We're thinking about setting up some Weekend Dyno sessions. max 4 Dynos a day.. if anyone is interested in getting their car dyno'd shout.
Might be a good opportunity for you guys to come dowm, BS with each other and Albert about new Mods.
Details are a bit scarce right now, as far as I can tell Dyno is usually $100 each but if there are 4 of you on each day the price will be $80 each. I'll be adding this service to the website along with details soon. There will be a limited amount of people at each session for safety reasons .. shout if you wanna be there.

Where is Mirko's place, and does 85 include AF monitoring? I want to dyno again but never seem to get around to it.

I'd drive up there if the $80 included a/f. Maybe we could have a SoCal convoy up there or something. What do you guys think?

Mirko is a great guy!
[flame suit on]
I was at Mirko's for a Dyno session and his Dyno did not report HP & TQ numbers accurately. The HP & TQ numbers were in the 130's for a 99 SVT w/ Chip, Bassani, & Intake.
While Dyno'ing other cars that day, the numbers were continually low!
unless He can provide me with a proper reading I will not be paying $80.
[flame suit off]
He does not provide A/F reading from what I saw. He has a portable Dyno which attaches to the hubs of the car.
Procedure is jack up car, remove front tires, use lugs to bolt hub attachement on. Then Dyno.

Poway, CA to Morgan Hill, CA Total Distance: 434.67 miles Total Estimated Time: 7 hours, 24 minutes
Too far for me!
If us local guys want to dyno we got coupons in the Qualcom bag of junk (which probably got thrown out) for a 65 dyno (NO A/F monitor) at a shop off Miramar (or Mira Mesa?)
(Sorry to partially highjack the thread - local guys if we want to do this local one as a group dyno day lets start a new thread okay?).

Yeah I was there with FMR12B. Was not impressed with they Dyno situation. Unless Mirko has gotten that taken care of, I would go else where. Why did you pick Mirko? Because he worked with the Contours? He did treat us well, and was very friendly I must add. But if only that dyno worked. Speed Merchant in San Jose is $100 also. Might be more but when it comes to dyno runs, nothing beats accuracy.
