has anyone ever had trouble with their doorlocks, the locks on my car are jammed or something, especially with the cold, i know your prollably thinking they are frozen but they are not, becase this happens on and off, is there something i can do, other than the obvious take it to the dealership, its very frustrasting, i'm forced to leave a door unlocked, and thats not a good feeling...

NO NO NO!!!! WD-40, while being a very good stuff, is a little bit corrosive - you should never use that in locks!!

To free a stiff lock, you should use a spray lubricant which contains graphite. Graphite is a dry lubricant, which is absolutely perfect for cylinder locks - and most others too. In spray-can form, the liquid used to move the graphite helps freeing moving parts, and pushes the graphite further in the lock.

In the cold weather we have here (like, right now), we have to lube our locks or we don't have a car anymore.. Oh how I love the keyless entry!!
