I have the new hose and I still have the moosing. Also my car does'nt start on the first crank, i usually have to crank it 3 times or hold down the gas pedal to start my car. Can someone tell me what needs fixing?

My problem is not really moosing but the Symptoms associated with the problem. Like occassional stalling during deacceleration at around idle speed. No codes either so I'm not sure if that will cure fix my situations. Anyone?
