you can also go to gude.com and talk to them, they have a "big bore TB" its worth looking into at least.

Having a big TB is pointless, unless you have your intake manifold ported to match the TB.

Another mod that should be last on you list. To make full use of an intake manifold you should have some head work first. Might as well do everything right the first time.

Buckshot77 and Zetecracing: What is the diameter of the throttleplate of the TB in the images ?? Looks like a nice machining job.

If you have a throttle response problem, check to see that the throttle position sensor doesn't have any dirty or intermittent spots, although a really bad TPS should give you a CEL.

I can't remember the exact diameter, but it's the stock Zetec TB just optimized by Brad Noon and powdercoated by me! LOL Now I'm getting to do both, gee where's Brad when I need to smack errr.... I mean thank him!

I could go take mesurments but even in my garage it's too cold right now for me to want to do that
