Well thats hard to say, If you can over come the stalling problems that others are having with ram air, then it would be worth it. But if not, then I say put it on the back burner.


IM not sure where the stalling is occuring, wethere its becasue of the Mass Air sensor or if its becasue of a o2 sensoer causeing the car to run lean.

All we know(or I know) is thats when at idle, when air is being,slightly pushed or forced in, it leans out the car and stalls...knowing this, its only logical to assume that at freeway speeds that, ya the car does't stall becasue you have the peddle down, but are you truly getting more horse power or are you just wasteing unnessicary fuel to keep the car form stalling?

Your welocme...There are others more knowledgeable about this MOD but form what I gather its not a mod thats cost effective or HP effective.

I would surmise most of the problems with stalling would be EEC programming. The factory programming can barely handle a cold start with CAI, let alone ram air. A well programmed EEC could easily give you the benefits of ram air without the stalling problem. The problem is truly, "Where to get the proper programming?"
