i work with someone that owns a i think 96 with the v6 and he has a leak above the manifold any ideas? and also does the battery terminal cable that turns to dust eventually part of a recall?

might leak between the lower manifold and fuel rail... 6 cone-shaped gaskets tend to deteriorate there.

as far as the battery cable, it might be part of the recall. depends on your dealer, I guess.
as a side note, everything turns to dust eventually...
