OP DuratecLonewolf New CEG\'er D Joined: Dec 2002 Posts: 11 Colorado Springs	I have a 1996 Ford Contour SE V6 auto. I have put intake a high flow Y pipe and cat and also put on a Unorthodox underdrive pulley. When the engine idles down it will some times stall. I think it is because of the underdrive pulley. Any ideas on a fix, I was thinking about a programable chip. Think it will help? Thanks, Colorado Contour E.H. 96' Ford Contour SE

ibub_dup1 Veteran CEG\'er I Joined: Nov 2001 Posts: 717	search for past posts for IAC (idle air control) valve. It sticks and causes idle problems. Some people say it can be cleaned, others say it can't. I hit mine with a snow brush, and it's been working great for 2 months now. contours, deloreans & fiats, oh my!
