Are there any available engine block heaters that can be fitted to the SVT? A google search turned it up as an option for the 2003 duratec taurus, and prices were pretty cheap too. Just wondering if that would fit or if there are any other available units that could be fitted.

My dealer has a few Contour block heaters/warmers sitting around. Call Bill J! He can hook you up.

never knew they were included? my 2001 cougar has it as a standard option (even came with the adapter cord neatly tucked in the glovebox)

although that could be because it was sold in Canada

block heaters came stock on some tours but only as an option. your local ford dealership would have them or the means to order one.
