Just finished replacing my spark plugs yesterday (dropped Bosch Double Plantiums in and the car is running great with the poor idle gone). After putting in all the plugs I fired her up to listen to the engine. Still had the plastic cover off the engine and noticed a squealing noise coming from the water pump assembly unit. Narrowed it down to be one of the pulleys. Unable to tell which one though. Sounds to be either the tensior or the one directly below it. Regradless of which one it is I would like to replace both because the bearings are going.
My question is does have anyone have a part number for these pulleys and know how they come off. I am assuming you just unbolt the old ones and pop in the new ones like any other pulley.
Thanks for all your help and for letting me know if there is anything else I should be aware of.

parts is where i got my pulleys. on the zetec it's pretty simple to change the tensioner, just unbolt, bolt new one in, get it set right. get a haynes manual, it should tell you exactly how to do it.

Thanks for the link. Checked my Hayne's manual and it really doesn't say how to replace the pulleys, but it looks like the accessory pulley and tensioner just unbolt. Checked with Ford and the waterpump pulley is part of the pump and can not be replaced without the whole pump. Thanks for the link and the information.
