this has nothin to do with pics or vids, but is urgent. some people might look at this section more than others that is why. sory for any inconveniece. just installed the CTA Motorsports intake. after putting it on, i turned on the car and it reved and shut off. it will not stay on unless i keep my foot on the gas. and then it just jerks real hard as if it cant catch gears, is this the computer resetting or what. please help!!!!!!!!!!!

disconnect the battery for 5 minutes. then connect it and let the car idle for a few minutes while it learns the new mod. peace.

Sounds like you didn't plug a sensor in...Better double check your connections.

might be a vacuum leak.

Did you plug the wire harness back into the MAF?
Also, check for a leak in the connections on the pipe.

Sounds like a vacuum leak to me. If I remember correctly, don't the V6's have like 4 vacuum hoses that go to the intake after the MAF? My boy had a vacuum leak last year in his SVT, and he had to keep revving it at a stop light or else it would stall. Sounds similar.

sounds like your MAF isn't connected

yea im a bid dummy, i had the MAF on backwards. just a tad slow. well i do appreciate the help, that just goes to show how useful these forums truly are. well thank you all again, and i hope you all have a great christmas. i celebrated mine today, my dads gotta work tommorrow. got a BOMZ Racing exhaust and blue reverse indiglo guages. cant wait to get them installed and money to go towards coil-overs.
