Does anyone out there have a source for 1 E0 rim in the Houston area? Discount said they couldn't bend it back. Is that true? I know it can crack. Should I try bending it risking cracking? I need a new rim anyway so I have nothing to lose, right?

I personally would not put my life on the line trying to bend it back. Even if it looks good, the structural integrity may have been compromised.
You could check the classifieds here to either find a used one or you could get some new to you wheels as well.
Although I can understand that you probably need a quick fix. Is yours driveable still?
Good luck!

There is an ebay auction going on right now for one E0 rim, and I think its about $75. Look for it and be safe.

I found a place that does alloy repairs here in Houston. They are called Hubcap Depot on Dixie Farm Road.
According to my nephew who is an assistant manager at NTB, they have a pretty good reputation. They are charging 75 bucks for the repair. A used (hard to find EO) runs around $175. Dealer replacement is over $250! I'll try the repair first. It's hard to shell out money at christmas time, isn't it.
I didn't see the Ebay item mentioned. I looked, but it must have came up after I posted.

ABC Greenleaf Auto Salvage in Leominster, Massachusetts has 1 USED E0 rim as of last week. They had two, I bought 1 from them for $30. Since Greenleaf is Ford, they also have NEW EO rims in Ford boxes for $120ea. They have a an 800# and a website.. do a search. And they will do shipping.

I picked the bent rim from repair Christmas Eve. It looks perfectly round. They also have an uncondtional guarantee on the repair. I've taken the car up to 95 mph and there's no shimmy or shakin going on so I am very satisfied. Funny side effect of driving around on a temp spare was mpg jumped from 21.66 avg to 24.8mpg!

Sweet! Happy for you that it worked out OK. You got better mileage because you had to drive slower...

can we order EO's from Bill Jenkins? i really just need a quote for them to give my insurance company.
"What did you think about that Dorothy girl?"
"The whole Judy Garland thing kinda turned me on. That doesn't make me some sort of fag does it?
"Nah baby, your money."
