OK, my driver's side headlamp has blown about twice in about a month, with SilverStars. I drove my Mystique today because of the snow, and I noticed when I turned on the lights, that it was out AGAIN! Is there any warranty on these? I have wasted $50 on these things, I mean, they give out great light, but 2 headlamps in one month is a little crazy (considering the 6000 has had the same bulbs in it for probably 5 years) and I refuse to pay $25 for a thirs, I guess I'll just get some regular high-beam bulbs until Milan comes out with projector Xenons for pre-98 Mystiques (please Milan!!) I was thinking of putting SilverStars in the WS6, heh, that thought is now history...too bad, too, I did like the light they gave off...

I don't know about a warranty, but the bulbs will last longer if you clean them with alcohol and don't touch the glass while you put them in.

I didn't touch anything, I used gloves to put them in straight from the box. Does anyone recommend any other bulbs until Milan's Xenon kit comes out?

where did you buy the silverstars? Most retail stores cover the products they sell for 90 days regardless of manufacturer warranty. If you have a receit that helps but most places will believe you if you are staright up with them. I have had no problem with my silverstars, so you may have gotten a few bad ones or something.

Do you still have your OEM bulbs? It may be a good idea to put them back in to make sure there's no electrical problem with your car since the new bulbs keep blowing. I have PIAA super-whites, they look nice but they're ~$70/pair.

My OEM bulbs are in the high sockets, or were, I put them in my lows now since I don't need the highs while in the city. I had to drive the Mystique (again) today because of the snow, and the first thing I heard from a buddy was that my car looked retarded because both my drivers side headlamp and foglamp are out. Anyway I just said his car always looked retarded because he has a 2001 Accord LX
