High 13's, although that will drastically change now that my new mods have been installed

Is that with SVT/3L or full 3L?

There are some SVT/3L running high 13's

Does a Full 3L have more or less power?

Slightly less. Same displacement, less compression, but larger valves.

Now if you are comparing a normal 3L to an SVT 3L hybrid then definitely less. (Cams, intakes, EH'd heads, etc)

Add 3L valves to the SVT hybrid and much less.

Head porting will help the SVT hybrid more than a straight 3L too.

Thanks, at the time I asked that question I was inbetween midterms and couldn't search and was looking for the quick answer to burn some time.

I'm doing SVT/3L come summer, hopefully built by David or Terry.

"... built by David ..." Do you mean David Zambramo?

I haven't heard from him in so long I wondered if he still dealt with contours.

From what I've heard he's still doing his thing, just not on the boards. He's built a couple 3L's this year and I was in contact with him during Spring but funds fell short to pursue my projects since I wanted to go balls out on the 3L.

There are some crazy fast (not quick guys, fast) SVT's in Cali too, none of them on the board. Most of them are normally aspirated too.

depends on what ur talking about. if you mean a 3L swap with everything in the car stereo and all that other heavey stuff. or u talking about a car prepped for racing lightened wheels/brakes/interior ur talking a whole diff ballgame. i was able to get 14.5 at 95 with everything and a stereo...if i would of been 200lbs less it would of been a huge diff.

car wit me was 3300 even.
