Topic says it all...I say "EEE-bock", but I heard someone say "I-bock" the other day (or "AYE-bock")...so what's the correct pronunciation?

i say "I-bock". call the company and ask them then you will know for sure.

Here's a clue: Eibach is German, and in German, it's almost always the second letter of the digraph that gets pronounced.
For example, Dieter is "DEE-ter."
