I have never owned one, but I have heard very good things about them.
200x2 rms @4 ohms or 400x2 rms @2 ohms and 800x1 @4 ohms , 2 ohm stable
here are a few reviews.

SoundDomain.com Overview

If you're thinking about buying this amplifier, you're the type of person who doesn't need a website to tell you about the legendary HCCA amplifier from Orion. Back in the day, when nobody knew what "SPL" stood for and autosound competition was in its infancy, Orion blew away all other amp manufacturers when they introduced the first true ultra-high-current amplifier. Since then, the High Current Competition Amplifier series has just grown bigger, badder, stronger, and LOUDER. For the absolute ultimate in high-current, low impedance, brute force mega-power, bow down before the awesome force of HCCA! Orion pulls out all the stops with the HCCAs – these amps aren't just stable down to 1/2 ohm, they're OPTIMIZED for 1/2 ohm loads. Drop the impedance, and these amps keep going, and going, and…6, 7, even 8 times their rated output power! All HCCA series amps feature a variable high-pass, low-pass, or band-pass crossover, INTELLi Q subsonic filter and bass equalization, variable left/right phase control, remote gain capability…blah, blah, blah…POWER!

The best all around amp ever made by itzkorn (read more reviews by itzkorn) September 7, 2001
This is my personal all time favote amp. It can produce 1100 watts @ 1 ohm, it can give serious clean power to midranges, it does not draw huge amounts of current, is fairly affordable, great quality, and power just about anything.
I used three of these amps in a setup before with 2 15" hccas and Orion Concept midranges. They made my car scream! One of them shut off only twice in over a year of being in my car from it being 100+ degrees outside. They did everything I ever wanted them to and I used it to benchmark all other amps. Beautiful amp as well and not too large but still impressive. I would recommend this amp to anyone who wants the best amp on the market.

Renowned for their exceptional sound quality and enormous output capability, the HCCA line remains the champion on the competition circuit today. After a decade of trophies and titles, the 2001 G4 series continues the legacy which set the line in motion. Sound quality and raw power; the ORION way. The ORION proprietary power to run ultra low impedance loads. Our complimentary bi-polar output section, derived from high-end home audio, offers second to none sound quality performance making HCCA amplifiers the perfect balance between fidelity and power.

Thanks for the replies... I could also get an Orion HCCA 10" Comp. sub with it... This came out of a 95 T/A my dad had... I am going to hook it up today to see how it sounds, hopefully I will not blow anything up lol The subs I have now are only rated for 4 ohm use, so with this amp I really couldn't push alot of power through them could I?

I don't really know a whole lot about systems yet, but I am learning a little bit from some friends and from you guys... Anything else I should know? I know I probably don't have the wiring I need for this amp, but that could be taking care of with a quick trip to the store...

Thanks again

Get a few more 4 Ohm subs and wire them all in parallel

How would running them in parallel help? Is that the same as bridged?

Just to bring the impedence down so it will finally put out some power. It puts out a lot more at .5 Ohm than at 4 Ohms.
It just has to be shared between all the subs.

I hooked the amp up last night, and honestly the little POS 400 watt Jensen amp sounds better with my subs, with the Orion HCCA Comp. 10 Sub it sounded a hell of a lot better...

Thanks for all the info

and John, KISS MY A$$
