Did you have problems with the dealership you bought your car from in California? They wouldn't let me register the car directly in MN...said it was some state law. I'm not even a California resident. Oh, well. Just curious as to what your experience is. Have you gotten plates yet? I called them last week and they said it would be up to four months before I get plates. I'm leaving for ND on Wednesday. Oh, well.

Sorry Clontour, I haven't been checking in like I should.
I have to come clean and admit that I haven't tried to register my car yet. I have to save up some money for the sales tax, so I've been avoiding it. The California plates are good until June or July, so I'm sneaking around. I have to do it soon tho. I know if I get stopped for something I'm hosed. I'll let you know what I find out.
