Ihave replaced 2 switches in the past both front doors ,seems like a small corrossion on switch contacts was to blame . Dielectric grease should prevent further problems.

This is a super common problem. I still have to oil mine up. it's just too cold here in Chicago to do it now.

yeap thanks man it worked!!!! im glad. now the question is what wire do i have to cut to get rid of that anoying door chime.....




I prefer to keep the chime, i have a habbit of leaving lights on or my keys in the car so when i open the door and i hear that, its a reminder.
