Bosch and Borg Warner both make them. The Bosch are 13115 for the upstream and 13133 for the downstream. I do not remember the Borg Warner part no's, sorry.

To save you time, the downstream O2 has a rounded 4 plug connector, and the upper has a square 4 plug connector. Check before you leave the parts store to make sure you have the right one.
I found it a lot easier to remove the underskirting to get to the upper sensor. There should be about 7(3 underneath and two on the lower front's of wheel well splash guard) or so torx bit screw's that hold it on, then it come's out with a little wiggling.
There isn't much room to get to the upper also, so I suggest getting a O2 sensor socket. It's 7/8in and usually around 10 bucks.
Also, the connector for the upper sensor is just underneath the oil filler cap on the front of the engine. The connector has a sqeeze thingy(similliar to that of a child safety latch for cabinets) that you just sqeeze down and seperate the two. Makes it a lot easier that trying to pry it open with a knife. I can't remember if the lower is the same way, but it's a lot easier to work with than the upper.
I hope this helps you out.
Mike
