Stick your finger in there and give it a twist...also...those 12v kit's are funny sizes sometimes and don't always work in a deep lighter sleeve like the contours have. You might want to measure where it stops going in and check the depth!!!!!!! And that's not the worst problem you could have! How bout havn' my lighter that'll just jump right out onto the passanger's lap and or leg when it's heated....I would have replaced it a year ago but it's the funniest thing when it surprises a guest in the car! I should get that replaced though...I'm over due for a burn in a seat (leather so unlikely) or carpet!!!!
