my question is this how do you secure the corners of the svt rear bumper on a pre 98? they dont seem to line up perfect, and the bolt/screw? is too small, also has anyone else noticed that the bottom of the bumper shakes alot on the highway, is there a way to fix it, also does anyone know how much the cover for the jack spot on the side skirts goes for?

We use 1/8"x1/2" aluminum stock picked up from Home Depot to attatch the bottams of the bumpers when we put on aftermarkets at our shop. Just cut to length and bend to fit your application. Then just run a screw into your new brackets. The jack covers can be bought from Ford. They aren't too expensive and can be bought in your color.

I opted to bolt the corners of my bumper on. That way I know it's not going to go anywhere. It was time consuming to get it done but I use a short bolt, washers and a locking nut and worked it up in there and tightened it all up. the pre-98 bumpers had this tab thing that helped secure the sides, which the svt bumper didn't have so I wanted it to be extra secure.
