Every time that I change the fuse for the HEGO sensors, and start the car the fuse blows. I think that there is a short some where but I can't seem to find it. I looked on both harnesses but with no luck. Also because of the heating portion not being activated upon cold start-up, if I want to drive right away the response is sluggish but afterwards it runs and starts fine. Would this be normal?
