Not too bad. You'll have to remove the battery and the front engine cover (4 bolts). You'll then see a pulley and a belt, they run the water pump, which is on the right side of the engine as you look at it. There should be about 3 or 4 coolant hoses all meeting at metal junction. That junction holds the thermostat, and I believe there's a couple of bolts to undo and then seperate and there's the thermostat. Double check me to make sure I'm correct, but it's not hard...
