I'm just introducing myself...
I live in Dearborn Heights, MI boring as heck trying to find something to do... Bought a '99 Contour SE 2.0 last week and it's the best car I've ever owned....
I've owned 5 cars so far... '84 Cutlass '83 Camaro '92 Sable '82 Grenada and a '01 Ranger...
Current Mods: Window tint - 5/rear windsheild 20/rear 35/front
Rage 5.0 Wheels but I don't think those are going on untill spring
Blue Interior Lighting
MTX sub and 350 watt amp (i know it's not much but it's only to accent the music i listen too not blow out the eardrums of the guy walking next to my car... LOL)

Hi all... first question answer is yes it is an automatic..
second question... the literal translation is 'the child' but that is not gramatically correct... it would read 'die kinder' if it was 'the child'. Instead it is 'das Kinder' or 'the Kinder' Kinder being my last name... I thought the same thing you did at one point in time and used it as my pen name... luckily it's also my last name so I can still use it without being incorrect. LOL
