im trying to figure this out i have normal power from 0 to 3400 RPM but after that it pulls like a honda which bothers the hell out of me i have some of my own ideas as to why it is doing that but i thought i would ask some of the more experienced guys what you guys think

Those extra 12 valves could be getting stuck due to contaminated oil, or wrong oil, I think the early owners books stated 10/40 and you should only use 5/40 5/30.

~3400rpm is the point that your secondaries should open. If you are losing power, then they are probably stuck clsed or not opening as much as they should.

I dug around in the archives and the possible causes are : bad imrc or a fuel pump on the way out.

Sounds like your secondaries might not be opening.

thanks for everyones help i kinda figured it was the secondaries i thought it might be fuel related but what exactly is the imcr... i cant remember

AFAIK, that is what controls the secondaries.

Hi Peter,
imrc, Intake manifold runner control
It is the silver box under the duratec plastic cover at the front of your car.
If it is stuck closed it will give you a code, but NOT a CEL, anyway you should check for codes for free before do anything else,
