2000 block w/svt heads with 3L valves polished of coarse..,svt intakes, svt cams, sho-shop pullies,hmmmm..??what maf?and what tb????,msds header with sho-shop or my own special y pipe, no cat no resonator, sho-intake, and maybe a 75hp shot of nos??? bradnoon what's wrong with this ?need lotta power please....any one....help....really like the 3L sc set-up idea but not too sure of it definitly getting the block but want MAXIMUM hp out of it....basically want to play with stangs and anything else that wants to play but.... afraid i can't play with the big boyz.....maybe i should just figure it out my self .....no....i need a little info...please...guys????

ok guys sorry about the head aches. i was drunk and deep in thought. as for the punctuations and capitalizations i have an excuse...GED brad as for knowing about the 3L's, been following your posts and learning from u and a few others. thank you jet-i-3L-master

Skip the aftermarket Y-pipe, UDP. They're junk IMO. Don't do 3L valves unless you're ready to do porting on the intake/exhaust passages, and run 3L LIM; or it'd be a waste of money IMO.

1a. Aftermarket Y is decent - Modified stock is better, & true duals is best
1b. Heck yeah!

2a. Yes you will definitely have a lot of porting to do (well worth it!)
2b. I strongly disagree. I'm sure others will as well like Tom, David, SHOshop, the list goes on. 3L valves are the biggest upgrade you can make vs the abysmally small 2.5 valves (the 26mm exhaust valve is pitiful! ) If you don't do this mod to a 3L your are shooting yourself in the foot! Repeatedly!!!

Not sure about SHOShop, but Tom and DavidZ both had porting done to the intake/exhaust with 3L valves. So did I. I'm saying just fitting 3L valves will not gain anything without porting.

dude... i don't play with lego's anymore i do know u got to work the heads to use the 3L valves..who ever couldn't figure it out shouldn't even open their hood, well maybe to show someone the engine but or change they're oil but thats it
