So I do a search and see the TSB and the parts that are in it(In FAQ section)
Run down to the Ford dealer to order the revised IAC..parts guy says those parts are obsoleted. So I ask him if he could look up the TSB and give me the new parts. Says only Ford techs are allowed to look at the TSB.

So does anyone know the new part numbers for the TSB bulletin. Apparently those numbers are old...this is for my 99 svt.

Tried another dealer and they refuse to give out the part numbers for the TSB. They say to bring it in and they will evaluate the problem(like they never heard of it before)

Have you tried the throttle hang (TH) fix? This is very effective and very cheap. The Ford solution will probably involve some extra hoses and a resonance cavity about the size of a small frozen OJ container.
