Anyone on here has a silver svt tour sittin on (what looks to be) 19's. (dont know what kind). I think they work by Summit gym of NW64? If not should I pimp the site?

My buddy Ben who use to own the 98 CSVT with the touring wing was rolling out by the Chiefs/Royals stadiums and saw this same SVT Contour. He says it was a colored male and the car looks similar to Antonio Wright's ride. Anyone happens to see this guy again follow him home and pimp the site.
