Posted in other forum but here it is again:

I found another good condtion 5.0 V8 Ford, a 1990 Crown Vic with alloys and 93K miles. I owe $0 on it, dealer took my tour and paid it off. No payments, will save $$ to pay bills, and get some things for "SilverVic".

It needs dual exhausts like my wagon has. I'll get from the shop in Roselle!

Congrats on the new car. Sorry to hear you got rid of your Tour, but I know that feeling after getting it back with that much damage. Hope everything works out with SilverVic

There was no way I would ever hav gotten a good price for the car if I tried to sell it, the whole one side of the car was fixed and other not. Nobody would have paid market value for it, ever. And, I didn't want to pay anymore the loan either.

I asked a lawyer if I could try to get car totaled or for any retribution claim and he said it would be a long shot, maybe years if I see any $$.

I unloaded it and will move on to maybe a mazda 6 or a 2004 Malibu, no not the icky one that's out now, but all new one coming!

My tour was 'devalued' with the wreck.
