in new york it's about 20 degrees, when i take off in the morning to work i don't have time to warm the engine. Is this normal for the car's idle to drop to where it want's to shut off? if so do i leave it alone and let the computer take care of it or do i drop it into nutral and depress the accelorator? Is this a larger issue or do i just warm up the car instead? Any infor is welcome.

your idle motor might be shot id pull the fuses(4 and 11) for 5 mins put them back in then let the car idle till the fan comes on...

check the MAF sensor sometimes a shot of carb cleaner works but once again reset the comp after that

oh yea make sure u pull the fuses in the engine bay!
