Would the SVT Seats (Front and Back) fit right into my Pre-98 SE?

My current leather ones are kind of getting on my nerves. Biggest complaint is that the back support is too thick which offers no leg room what so ever to passengers in the back. Plus my passenger seat is slightly broken. A 250 pound buddy of mine went crashing into it from the side. Now the seat feels like it's always giving you a hug b/c the side he banged into bent the side support inwards.

IIRC there is no reason that the seats shouldn't fit. However (I can't remember if the SVT has this set up to) if the arm rest is on the seat as is the case with the post 98's. You would either have to remove the armrest or switch consoles as they would interfere with eachother.

The (lack of) armrest is attached to the console, not the seat. It's completely useless - all it does is act as a plastic lid to the storage compartment. I want to get a nice leather lid from a pre-98.

That'll be a long drive from Florida! All I can say to you unfortuneate SVT owners is that my 95 knows not what decontenting is.

"unfortunate" svt owner - first time I heard that! it's all good, brotha - I'll trade you my SVT UIM, LIM, skirts, rims, seats, and suspension for your center console and dash clock. sounds fair to me it's all about the love!! (oh wait, I'll event throw in my factory cd player... no, really. )
