Yeah, my dad owns a 1999 Yellow Prowler.
Looks wise? Unbelievable. The lines on the thing are gorgeous. Of course, in doing so, the trunk has about enough space to lay 6 shirts down flat or so, with no other storage room.
Performance wise? Nothing. The possibilities Plymouth could have had resulted in a weak choice. Slow off the line, and not overly impressive from a roll, its a car for looks rather than speed.
My dad is a perfect example of the target market. He's 52 years old and wanted a hot rod since probably his early 40s (the old man built a LOT of high HP engines for his vettes etc. when he was my age), and the Prowler gave him a chance to own his hot rod without the troubles of repairing custom work.
