Well I just finished cleaning the IAC. I went for a test drive and every time the car was stopped, the car idled at 750 rmp's. My problems are solved. I checked for the vacuum leaks but didn't hear any, that should be a thing to watch out for I guess if a hunting rmp guage means vacuum leaks. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP GUYS.

Congratulations!

Now I recommend that you complete the job by cleaning the throttle body (if you haven't already) and adding bottle of good injector cleaner to the fuel tank.
