I want to tint my back windows to make my "Champaign" (tan) colored Contour look better. Can anyone make any suggestions on doing a custom job. College student here, trying to save money versus going to a professional. Thank you.

Sorry, but my vote goes to a pro. Back windows are the last window you want to mess with. Do it wrong the first time and destroy the defroester lines pulling the tint off.

Yeah I did mine myself, and I wouldn't recommend it. I thought the back window would be the easiest but I was wrong. You'll need to use 2 pieces of tint for the back becuase I couldn't find a place that sold tint big enough to cover the entire back window.

I did it myself on my Tempo but with my svt I had the pro's do it, it takes experience to get it looking good. I got better at it the more windows i did on the tempo, its easier to use 2 pieces on back window, if you do it yourself find someone that has done it before to help

A good pro can do the back window in one piece. If they tell you they can't go somewhere else.

it's worth taking it to a pro. its not that expensive to get a good respected tint guy to do it.
