AFTER I DRIVE AWAY AND USING MY BRAKES AGAIN I HEAR NOTHING. I'm sure any quality pad will alleviate that problem. Ford OEM sucks. '98 SVT Contour, in at least 639 pieces 4 Speed MTX...synchro and shift fork replacement in progress

Plus, while backing up, you typically aren't giving it too much throttle, so there's less engine/exhaust/wind/road noise to cover up the brake noise.
