WHENEVER I REVERSE OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY AND APPLY MY BRAKES I HEAR A SOUND FROM THE BACK OF THE CAR. AFTER I DRIVE AWAY AND USING MY BRAKES AGAIN I HEAR NOTHING. IT ONLY HAPPENS IN THE MORNING.

Mine does that too. I think its just the small amount of rust that accumulated overnight wearing off.

Mine used to do that with the stock pads, but now with Performance Friction pads it has stopped. I'm sure any quality pad will alleviate that problem. Ford OEM sucks.

Yep, it's just a thin film of corrosion, dust, etc. being worn off. Plus, while backing up, you typically aren't giving it too much throttle, so there's less engine/exhaust/wind/road noise to cover up the brake noise.

Oh, and I gotta say it: mind the CAPS LOCK key.
