It really bothers me that so many people, such as non car enthusiasts, trust them! Their costs for a simple oil change is $45!!!! "Oil recycling fee $2.00 Extra" I ahte them. Most of the local 'big' guys are legit because they have real competition and care about customer service.

I hate them. I had to go back twice, and they said they have managers for every day of the week (LOL!). I am somewhat experienced in customer service and I would not blame any customer for yelling at them. I try to see it both ways, but I just can't. THe customers are gullible and trusting, but ford QC centers have no customer service or quality. An oil change for me is like $8-10 pending on type of oil filter. I now they need to make a profit plus labor. But 400% more! That's insane! They also made me sign a waiver that basicly said in red bold print "FORD MOTOR COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOYEES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ARTICLES LEFT IN VEHICLE" GRR! So I take out anything valuable... holding it in my hands, hoping that I didn't leave anything in it that I needed. It was done getting a 45 second wiring recall in it. It came out they washed it trying scam me into thinking they care. They left a scratch in my passenger rear door like it was dragged against metal or someone's belt. IT HAD PERFECT PAINT! CLearcoat and all, he scraped right into it. I KNOW it was perfect because I noted all damage. They did not claim responsibility, I did not have time for BS so I said in front of customers "You know what fine, have it your way. I will just remember when i need my car to get scratched up and incorrectly fixed I will make damn sure I come to Jim Click [censored] Ford." Customers just watched. I hate them! I will NEVER go to a service center if my life depended on it. If I did, I would buy the parts and do it myself!

Fact: Ford QA Service Center = Fraud, Theft, and Deception.
Fact: Patronize your local mechanics or neighborhood mechanic who earns their dollars and knows what it is like to be a customer.

At a tire shop, they discounted my on my tired because of an ad misprint, I made no big deal but told them I wanted those tired for that price they were the BEST customer service, not only did they give me it for the printed price they offered to give me the next "level" or something up... it deals with tires and their technology for the same price. Now, I wonder who gets more business from my word... Ford or Discount Tire. All of my friends had great service with quality with them. Discount Tire has great customer service and excellent quality (never a rush job) her in Tucson, AZ.
