It would probably be smart to make reservations as soon as possible. I've never been to this but I'm sure there will be a lt of people who are involved in this staying in that area.

http://www.all-hotels.com/xbook/servlet/DisplayRates* Indoor 20x40 heated pool, hot tub and sauna * Game room with two full size pool tables. Super 8 i think is our best bet. i am AAA member so i can get a room for two people with two queen beds for like 71 a night vs. 80 a night according to the website. if anyone disagrees with this choice, chime in now please. the only thing now is making the reservations. my list is as follows: andy andy's buddy tim mark chris todd nick (my buddy) dale (another buddy) me maybe's: bronco kontofosho cbsvt 5speed170hp doug (my buddy) we need a for sure list soon. reservations will be made this weekend if all agree. lets get this rolling. oh and i didnt mean to call anyone out. i was just thinking some of you guys were taking care of it. no prob for me to do it.

damn, bad link. anyways, i t was 71.89 a night.
for transportation, contour up to hl. from hl we will have the stank ass smoking van. upside, it seats 7. gas money will be split equally. sound good guys?

Has far as I know the main Society crew is going...me, greg, todd, mark & chang. I'll get another confromation from chang ASAP, but the last time we talked he was a go. Don't worry about reservations for us 5 Mike, I'll handle it.
I'll be going north the morning of the 23rd & staying at my folks house in Roscommon. I believe Mark was going north too, we'll get maps & info like we did last year so the late comers on Fri will not have to worry about anything except checking in & bundling up.
