Got a bit of a wierd one, my blower is working fine, and blows out "warm air." By that i mean that it isn't cold, but it isn't hot. This is when it is set on its highest setting. Also when the fan is turned to high, it speeds up, but the air gets cooler. Any ideas?

Its Duratec.

how's your water pump? Before mine broke, the impeller was worn down so it took a long time before I could get warm air. After changing the pump, warmup time was reduced to 2-3 minutes. Is your heater core dirty? The heating system is pretty simple as far as mechanicals go.

Yah, I just replaced the pump this summer... and its not that it is a warmup problem, its just that when the car is warmed up, the air is still somewhat cold, on the lower settings, it blows warm air... not hot though.... and on the highest it is a little cold......
