I have tried installing the TH fix. I am currently using a 11/64 size hole. When I start up the car the RMP's jump to 1,750 then settle down to 1,250 pretty quick. From 1,250 the RMP's drop slightly down to 1,000.
When I drive I notice that the RMP's now hang a little lower, around 1,500 then slowly settle down to 1,000. I have reset the ECU by removing the negative battery cable, then installing the TH fix, then I started the car and let it idle for 5 minutes.
I know from doing some searches that because of my altitude (Utah) the hole I should use should be little bigger, and I'd have to live with some TH, however I have gone to a pretty small hole and not noticed much difference. Well, I lied the smooth shifts are really great to have now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Although you did try one other plug with a smaller hole, you might want to try a slightly smaller hole than the one you are using. I wasn't happy until the fourth attempt. In your climate, you may want two plugs, one for winter and one for the rest of the year. The winter one will need to be bigger than the summer one.
