My girlfriend bout me the kkm intake for X-mas. I installed it and now a funny noise comes out of it after you hit the gas. it sounds like when you blow over the top of a beer bottle. Best wy to desribe it!! what could it be or what did I do wrong? Any help Please! Thank you!

so this is normal? Well thanks for the fast response. My girlfriend thought she got me the wrong part. oh, does the filter come pre oiled or do you have to oil it beforw using? I wasn't sure because it doesn't looked oiled. Just wondering. But thanks for the reply. Happy Holidays!!!

In the future when you clean and re-oil the filter, make sure to:
1. let the filter dry adequately after washing and before oiling,
2. LIGHTLY oil the filter and remove any excess oil. There have been a few instances of oil from the filter contaminating the MAF element.
