0k....
This one has me puzzled.. I have had a system in my car for a while 2 12s, and an amp, pretty basic. I did all the work myself, so I know how it works.. well I thought I did. I recently took it all out, subs and amp, once I did that the car stopped starting, accesories work, just no ignition. I figured it was a dead battery, went to jump it, nothing.. Well it seems that I have an open circuit.. If i connect my remote turn on lead (which is tapped into the ignition wire)to the power cable in the trunk, I can get it to turn on, but then, even when I take the key out things stay on.. I don't want to do that, obviously. I figured if i put the amp back, it might work, grabbed that, reconnected everything.. nothing. The only way I can start my car right now is by tapping the remote turn on lead to the power.. What happened to make my car do this? How can I fix it? I thought that closing the circuit would fix the problem? Any ideas? The car is my daily driver so I gotta fix this ASAP.. Thanks guys..

Sounds like you blew a fuse.. Or drained the battery.. Check the fuses first.. SHould fix the problem.. Good Luck ... Sorry so late...
