I am not sure if these items stopped working at the same time or not but the HORN, CRUISE CONTROL and WINDSHEILD WASHER PUMP have all
stopped working. I have checked all the fuses and all seems to be ok. Does anyone know what else I should check.

They all go through the steering column. The Horn, airbag and the cruise go via the "clock spring" but I think an error would pop up when the Airbag self-test looked for it. Looks like you will be laying upside down under the dash looking for a loose connector. That's the first thing I would look for.

Yup sure enough that is the problem the spring needs to be replaced. Toojk it too the shop and the tech said that the clock spring needs to be replaced. Now one more question is this easy to fix or should the dealership fix it?
