if the milky fog is on the inside the seal is broken around the edge or where the bulb goes in . you can try to pry len's off ,put a new bead of silicon around edge .while you got the len's off clean the pot with a very soft cloth. trying not to scatch the
mirror finish off. and clean the inside of lean with a mild soap , DO NOT USE windex or any other window cleaner, some do not react well with plastic
.make sure len's is dry when you put it back on. you can also puff up the front of lens with a good douce of wax and a good buffer. GOOD LUCK.
