OP bigwalton_dup1 CEG\'er B Joined: Jun 2000 Posts: 51 Durham, NC	Anyone up there got a set of mounted tires (stock maybe for those with something else) or old tires that they can get rid of cheap?? Mine are about bald and mine are starting to cup and vibrate a lot. I still haven't found a job down here and I can't really afford new rubber right now. I can probably go a while longer on mine (I DO have 36xxx miles on them, which is a lot more than I thought I'd get), but I'd feel better and safer on something with more tread. I'll actually be up there for the weekend of the 2nd and 3rd of Nov. so I could take them off your hands then if we arrange to meet. Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

ssolomo CEG\'er S Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 101 Gaithersburg, MD	I'm getting new ones soon - I can prob hang on to them for you, but there isn't much life in them - they are KDWs 215/50R16s w/ about 3/32 of tread left, but unevenly worn, vibrate from sidewall damage at high speed, noisy as hell and multiple patches from many flat tires (love DC streets!). I'm going to be out of town that weekend but maybe we could arrange something. Email me at ssolomo@yahoo.com and let me know if you're interested. Otherwise, I'll let Goodyear or NTB dispose of them environmentally responsibly. Yeah, I'm a recycle-nut.
