OP DasVWBabe_dup1 New CEG\'er D Joined: Aug 2001 Posts: 10 Irving, TX	Hi all - it's been a while! Just in case someone is looking - I'm renting out a room w/ bathroom in my 3 bedroom house in Irving. The house is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom/2 car garage. I'm currently the only person who lives there. Hardwood floors throughout and berber carpet in the bedrooms. Parking space in the garage and pets are totally negotiable. Room is available immediately - so please let me know if you know anyone looking. Email is DasVWBabe@yahoo.com. I know - strange first post in months - but I have a garage with LOTS of storage space and as I am a car enthusiast, I assume that might be pretty attractive to most of you. I'm back!
