Does anyone know if the B&M short throw edge comes with a shift knob??
Is 150 a good price for a brand new one?

yes, it comes with a knob. Price sounds about right.

I use the stock knob on mine. I personally don't like the all aluminum knob that comes with the B&M (hot in the summer, cold in the winter).

Does anyone have pictures with short throw with stock handle.

Reading through some fo the older archives, I saw that some folks were using OEM Cougar knobs with the aluminum insert. It looked pretty good, but the link didn't work. Anybody know where I could source one new or used in good condition?

yeah i'd like to top off my steeda shifter with one of the cougar knobs myself....wher can we find one for cheap...i tried ebay with no luck....
