Today about 4PM, I saw a Silver SVT parked in on the Hill of UTK in front of the Geology building (GSB)... Belong to anyone here? It had Roane county tags, with a Non-Commuter parking permit. I'm on the hill all the time, it today's the first time I've seen it. I did a double take, LOL, and then made a walk around it.
